Sherard enjoys driving innovation to solve challenging problems for customers with enterprise software needs. Over the years, he’s spent a lot of time architecting cloud-based, on-premises and hybrid solutions for large corporations all the way down to start-ups. Another passion of his is teaching under-served youths about how they can find a career in the software industry. He enjoys showing them the different career paths, connecting them with local entrepreneurs, and working on projects together in a real-world environment.

Kamal is an executive marketing and commercial leader with a track record of driving revenue growth in technology and consumer companies by building brands that consumers love. Her career has spanned the intersection of consumer, technology and digital health. She is a strategic thinker in building partnerships with sales and technical teams, leading product and marketing organizations in B2B and B2C companies, and building agency partnerships to fuel growth. Kamal is a leader with the ability to define a north star and build high performing teams that deliver expectations in fast paced growth environments.
Ged graduated from North Carolina State University with a degree in industrial engineering and began his career at Swing-N-Slide, where he grew the business from a $5 million to $50 million company. Today, Ged leads the Sales Factory executive team and serves as an adjunct professor of marketing, teaching second-year MBA students at the Wake Forest University School of Business. Dedicated to serving the community, he's active on numerous boards and has established Sales Factory as the largest nationwide participant in CreateAthon, an annual 24-hour event that provides pro-bono marketing services to nonprofits.
Tiernan Thorley graduated from Utah State University with his BA in Economics in 2020 and is currently pursuing his MBA at UNC – Chapel Hill. He now works at ROI Revolution as a Paid Media Strategist supervising paid search, paid social, and programmatic marketing channels with total monthly ad spend at approximately $1,000,000. Specializing in ecommerce, Tiernan is passionate about using digital channels to connect consumers to brands that can fulfill their needs. Tiernan lives in Cary, North Carolina with his wife and daughter and looks forward to being a part of this community for a long time to come.
